A device for providing pharmaceutical doses comprising a container, filled with a pharmaceutical composition including glyceryl trinitrate and 1,1,1,2- tetrafluoroethane (HFC-134a) or 1,1,1,2,3,3,3-heptafluoropropane (HFC-227) as a propellant, and valve means arranged for delivering aerosol doses of said pharmaceutical composition to the exterior of the container, wherein at least a portion of the device is formed from a polyester. Compositions for use in such devices are also described.
Le dispositif faisant l'objet de la présente invention, qui permet d'administrer des doses pharmaceutiques, comprend un récipient rempli d'une composition pharmaceutique contenant du trinitrate de glycéryle et du 1,1,1,2-tétrafluoréthane (HFC-134a) ou du 1,1,1,2,3,3,3-heptafluoroproprane (HFC-227), faisant office de propulseur, et une soupape disposée de façon à délivrer des doses d'aérosol de ladite composition pharmaceutique vers l'extérieur du récipient, au moins une partie du récipient étant formée de polyester. La présente invention porte également sur des compositions à utiliser avec un tel dispositif.
