A syringe capable of adjusting the length of a needle is disclosed. The syringe includes a barrel filled with an injection therein and having a mounting portion protruding from a front portion of the barrel, a plunger slidably engaged with the barrel for pressing the injection, a needle hub having an inner diameter corresponding to an outer diameter of the mounting portion, the needle hub being forcibly fitted in the mounting portion and provided with a threaded portion at an outer periphery of the needle hub, and an adjusting member threadedly engaged with the outer periphery of the needle hub for adjusting the length of the exposed needle. The adjusting member can be produced in mass by simply changing the design of an injection mold, which can reduce a production cost in comparison to a conventional way in which needles in various specifications should be produced. When the adjusting member is mounted in a kind of syringe, it is convenient to repeatedly inject the injection in a desired depth.
L'invention porte sur une seringue apte à ajuster la longueur d'une aiguille. La seringue comprend un cylindre rempli d'une injection dans celui-ci et ayant une partie de montage faisant saillie à partir d'une partie avant du cylindre, un piston engagé de façon coulissante avec le cylindre pour presser l'injection, une embase d'aiguille ayant un diamètre interne correspondant à un diamètre externe de la partie de montage, l'embase d'aiguille étant ajustée à force dans la partie de montage et dotée d'une partie filetée à une périphérie externe de l'embase d'aiguille, et un élément d'ajustement engagé par filetage avec la périphérie externe de l'embase d'aiguille pour ajuster la longueur de l'aiguille exposée. L'élément d'ajustement peut être produit en masse par changement simple de la conception d'un moule d'injection, ce qui peut réduire un coût de production par comparaison avec une manière classique, dans laquelle des aiguilles de diverses spécifications doivent être produites. Lorsque l'élément d'ajustement est monté sur un type de seringue, il est commode d'injecter de façon répétée l'injection à une profondeur désirée.
