The invention relates to a positioning device for a rubber-blanket cylinder (1) held in doubly eccentric bearing arrangements (8, 8'), said rubber-blanket cylinder (1) cooperating with a plate cylinder (2) and an impression cylinder (3) of a printing unit of an offset printing press each with location-fixed rotation axes (4 and 5). The positioning device is designed for adapting the printing gap to changing thicknesses of a printing substrate (100). According to the invention, such adaptation is accomplished through displacement of the rubber-blanket cylinder (1) along an adjusting path (15, 15'), said adjusting path (15, 15') comprising a positioning-path section (26) which follows an arc of a circle (16) concentric with the plate cylinder (2). The parameters of the bearing arrangements (8, 8') and of transmission means which adjust said bearing arrangements (8, 8') are determined such that the positioning path (15, 15') is passed through under constant rotation of each inner ring (10) and each outer ring (12) of the bearing arrangements (8, 8').
Dispositif de positionnement pour un cylindre porte-blanchet de caoutchouc (1) retenu dans des ensembles de roulement à double excentricité (8, 8'). Ce cylindre porte-blanchet (1) coopère avec un cylindre porte-plaque (2) et un cylindre d'impression (3) d'un groupe imprimant d'une presse offset, chaque cylindre comprenant un axe de rotation fixe (4 et 5). Le dispositif de positionnement est conçu de façon à adapter l'espace d'impression aux différentes épaisseurs d'un substrat d'impression (100). Selon l'invention, on peut accomplir cette adaptation en déplaçant le cylindre porte-blanchet (1) le long d'un trajet de réglage (15, 15') comprenant une section de trajet de positionnement (26) qui suit un arc de cercle (16) concentrique avec le cylindre porte-plaque (2). Les paramètres des ensembles de roulement (8, 8') et du dispositif de transmission qui règle ces derniers (8, 81) sont déterminés de façon que le trajet de positionnement (15, 15') soit traversé sous la rotation constante de chaque bague intérieure (10) et extérieure (12) des ensembles de roulement (8, 8').
