An attachment for a telescopic material handler supplies five degrees of freedom (DOF) for the task of picking, manipulating and aiding in the installation of vertical and horizontal wall cladding and other construction materials. The cladding can be of a size up to 1.3 x 8.0 m and a mass of 350 Kg. The control and positioning of the load is accomplished through standard operation of the telehandler in conjunction with wireless control of the five DOF of the device. Hydraulic power for the device functions may be supplied through the telehandler auxiliary circuit. The auxiliary flow also powers a hydraulic generator, which supplies the device with electrical power for both system logic and control and vacuum generation. The cladding panels are handled by the vacuum system.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de fixation pour manipulateur de matériaux télescopique, présentant cinq degrés de liberté (DOF) pour les opérations de prélèvement, manipulation et opérations auxiliaires dans l'amenée, soit de matériaux de placage sur des plans verticaux et horizontaux, soit d'autres matériaux de construction. Le placage peut être de dimensions allant jusqu'à 1,3 x 8,0 m et d'une masse de 350 kg. Le contrôle et le positionnement de la charge peuvent se faire par mise en action standard du télémanipulateur, conjointement avec un réglage radio des cinq DOF du dispositif. L'énergie hydraulique requise pour les fonctions du dispositif peut être fournie par le circuit auxiliaire du télémanipulateur. Le circuit auxiliaire alimente en outre un générateur hydraulique qui alimente le dispositif en énergie électrique pour la logique et le contrôle du système et la production de vide.
