TITLE OF THE INVENTION Dental Plaque Inhibitor ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Provided are dental plaque inhibitor compositions com- prising a compound of the formula: Image wherein R1, R2 and R3 are the same or different and each is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group or a pharmaceutically ac- ceptable salt thereof. The compositions inhibit the formation of dental plaque by inhibiting the transformation of sucrose into insoluble polysaccharides.
