A screened output auger conveyor for transporting granular material. The auger conveyor comprises a tube having an intake end, a transport portion, an output portion and an output end. The transport portion is a solid tube open at the intake end for receiving granular material. The output portion is a perforated tube with an end cap closing the output end. The end cap may be perforated, as shown, or solid. An auger is disposed in the tube for angering granular material from the intake end through the transport portion to the output portion and out through the holes of the perforated tube. The conveyor is particularly adapted for air-seeder tanks as it provides a convenient fixed in place loading auger that can also screen foreign objects and break up lumps.
