An improved pet collar including an attached re-sealable pouch with a window for simultaneous viewing of a plurality of spaced pet identification tags. Pet identification tags are inserted into the pouch which wraps around a portion of the collar. Said tags are viewable via a window comprised of flexible, pliable transparent plastic mounted to the pouch. Ridges on the collar within the pouch prevent pet identification tags from moving. Because the tags are encapsulated within the window attached to the collar, the tags do not make contact with the animal's fur or skin. The pouch backing is re-sealable to the underside of the collar for easy insertion and exchange of pet identification tags.
