Abstract A medical device valve comprises a housing including a lumen extending therethrough and a flow control membrane extending across the lumen to control the flow of fluid through the lumen. The membrane includes a plurality of slits extending therethrough so that, when acted upon by a pressure of at least a threshold magnitude, the slits open to permit flow through the lumen and, when not acted upon by a pressure of at least the predetermined magnitude, the slits are maintained closed by a biasing force to prevent flow through the lumen. Each of the slits extends along a curve wherein a distance between a first end of a first one of the slits and a first end of a second one of the slits is a minimum distance between the first and second slits.
L'invention concerne une soupape de dispositif médical qui comprend un boîtier comportant une lumière le traversant et une membrane de commande de débit traversant la lumière de façon à commander le débit de fluide traversant ladite lumière. La membrane comporte plusieurs fentes la traversant de façon que, lorsqu'elle est soumise à une pression d'au moins une amplitude seuil, les fentes s'ouvrent pour permettre l'écoulement à travers la lumière et, lorsqu'elle n'est pas soumise à une pression correspondant à au moins l'amplitude prédéterminée, les fentes sont maintenues fermées par une force de polarisation, ce qui empêche l'écoulement à travers la lumière. Chaque fente s'étend le long d'une courbe où une distance entre une première extrémité d'une première fente et une première extrémité d'une seconde fente correspond à une distance minimale entre les première et seconde fentes.
