Apparatuses for mounting an antenna on a cargo container. An embodiment in accordance with the present invention comprises an antenna cover (200) , disposed for mounting within a void (202) of a corrugated wall (108) of the cargo container, the antenna cover (200) mounting over at least one opening (106) in the corrugated wall (108) of the cargo container, wherein the antenna (304,504) is disposed through the at least one opening (106) and mounted inside of the antenna cover (200) , such that the antenna (304,504) is disposed to perform a function selected from a group comprising transmitting radio frequency (RF) radiation from outside the cargo container and receiving RF radiation from outside the cargo container.
