A method and an apparatus for sucking up and transporting liquids of various kinds through a suction means (D) to a mixing and defoaming unit (F) and, concurrently therewith, dosing (E) and additive (20; 20') into the liquid which has been sucked up, substantially proportionally to the amount of sucked up liquid, whereby a liquid or a liquid/air/gas mixture is sucked up by means of a suction nozzle (17) at the end of a suction means (D) and is passed into the mixing and defoaming unit (F), and in which a dosing agent (20) is supplied directly into the liquid at the inlet (28) of said unit (F) substantially proportionally to the amount of sucked up liquid, as soon as there is any liquid in the suction means (D), and in which the sucked up liquid together with added dosing agent (20) is subjected to a G-force providing a quick and effective mixing together of the liquid and the dosing agent and, concurrently therewith, an elimination of existing liquid foam. The G- force can be provided by a means (E) providing a centrifugation of the liquid and the dosing agent.
Procédé et appareil permettant d'aspirer et de transporter des liquides de différents types à l'aide d'un dispositif d'aspiration (D) et de les acheminer vers une unité de mélange et de démoussage (F) et, simultanément, de doser un additif (20; 20') dans le liquide qui a été aspiré, de manière proportionnelle à la quantité de liquide aspiré. Selon ledit procédé, un liquide ou un mélange liquide/air/gaz est aspiré au moyen d'une buse d'aspiration (17) située à l'extrémité d'un dispositif d'aspiration (D), puis il est envoyé dans l'unité de mélange et de démoussage (F). Un agent de dosage (20) est introduit directement dans le liquide au niveau de l'orifice d'entrée (28) de ladite unité, de manière pratiquement proportionnelle à la quantité de liquide aspiré, aussitôt qu'une quantité quelconque de liquide se trouve dans le dispositif d'aspiration. Le liquide aspiré associé à l'agent de dosage (20) ajouté est soumis à une force G qui permet un mélange rapide et efficace du liquide et de l'agent de dosage et, simultanément, une élimination de la mousse de liquide existante. La force G peut être produite par un dispositif (E) effectuant une centrifugation du liquide et de l'agent de dosage.
