An apparatus includes a support member (110), a strap (112) extending from the support member, and a sleeve (122) releasably disposed over at least a portion of the strap. The support member is configured to support a portion of a body of a patient. The strap is configured to be inserted through at least a portion of a tissue of the patient. The sleeve is releasably coupled to the strap by a releasable joint. The sleeve is configured to be removed from the strap when at least a portion of the strap is disposed within the tissue of the patient.
