A graft ligament strand tensioner having a body and a pair of suture rails connected to the body. Each suture rail includes a grooved outer channel for receiving a suture loop and a central mandrel for receiving a suture loop. The separation of a suture loop received by the grooved outer channel is larger than the separation of a suture loop received by the central mandrel. A graft ligament strand tensioner having a body and cleats connected to the body. A graft ligament strand tensioner having a body, at least two suture-engaging elements which are connected to the body symmetrically about a center axis of the body and a handle pivotally connected to the body, such that the handle can be laterally positioned relative to the longitudinal axis of the body.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de mise en tension de brin de ligament greffé comprenant : un corps; et une paire de rails de suture reliés au corps, chaque rail de suture comprenant un canal externe rainuré pour recevoir une boucle de suture et un mandrin central pour recevoir une boucle de suture, la séparation d'une boucle de suture reçue par le canal externe rainuré étant plus grande que la séparation d'une boucle de suture reçue par le mandrin central. L'invention concerne également un dispositif de mise en tension de brin de ligament greffé comprenant : un corps; et une pluralité de taquets reliés au corps, chacun des taquets étant configuré pour fixer de façon amovible une longueur de suture. L'invention concerne aussi un dispositif de mise en tension de brin de ligament greffé comprenant : un corps; au moins deux éléments d'engagement de suture pour engager de façon amovible une paire de sutures, les deux éléments d'engagement de suture ou davantage étant connectés au corps, de façon espacée, symétriquement autour d'un axe central du corps; et une poignée reliée de façon pivotante au corps, de telle sorte que la poignée peut être positionnée latéralement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal du corps.
