The present invention relates to a method for actively deforming, by feedback control, an aerodynamic profile (1) comprising an elastic material (3), applied to a part of the surface of the aerodynamic profile (1), said elastic material being in contact with a fluid flow (7); said elastic material being able to be deformed by one or more shape memory actuators (4, 22, 23, 24, 25) placed in contact with the elastic material, said actuators being controlled by a computer (5) connected to sensors (8). This method applies notably to a deformation of an aerofoil of a wing of an aircraft in flight, notably subsonic.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de déformation active par asservissement d un profil aérodynamique (1) comportant un matériau élastique (3), appliqué sur une partie de la surface du profil aérodynamique (1), ledit matériau élastique étant en contact avec un écoulement fluide (3); ledit matériau élastique étant déformable par un ou plusieurs actionneurs (4, 22, 23, 24, 25)à mémoire de forme, placés en contact avec le matériau élastique, lesdits actionneurs étant commandés par un calculateur (5) relié à des capteurs (8). Ce procédé s applique notamment à une déformation d une voilure d une aile d un aéronef en vol, notamment subsonique.
