- 39 - ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A thermoplastic resin composition comprising a modified polyphenylene ether to which an amino group-contai- ning monomer such as amino styrene is grafted and a propy- lene polymer which is modified with a compound having a functional group reactive with an amino group in a mole- cule. This composition is excellent in heat resistance, chemical resistance, impact resistance and appearance and used to produce a part which is required to have strength and heat resistance such as an automobile part.
