The invention concerns a method for injecting a sample in an electrophoresis capillary which consists in immersing the capillary (1) in the sample and in applying between the ends of the capillary (1) an electric field to cause the sample to migrate in the capillary (1). The invention is characterised in that it consists, prior to immersion, in introducing the sample in a piece (3) having a passage (4) whereof the dimensions, perpendicular to the direction in which said passage (4) extends, are smaller by about four times than the external diameter of the capillary (1) and to immerse the capillary (1) in the sample, said capillary (1) is inserted in said passage (4).
Procédé pour l'injection d'un échantillon dans un capillaire d'électrophorèse selon lequel on plonge le capillaire (1) dans l'échantillon et on applique entre les extrémités du capillaire (1) un champ électrique pour faire migrer l'échantillon dans le capillaire (1), caractérisé en ce qu'on introduit préalablement l'échantillon dans une pièce (3) présentant un canal (4) dont les dimensions, perpendiculairement à la direction selon laquelle ledit canal (4) s'étend, sont inférieures à environ quatre fois le diamètre extérieur du capillaire (1), et en ce que pour plonger le capillaire (1) dans l'échantillon, on introduit ledit capillaire (1) dans ledit canal (4).
