Sandwich bearing wall panel for constructing a building, of the type comprising: a pair of structural parallel posts (2) facing each other, and to each of which is attached an inner lining (9) including an outer frame (18) with two pairs of side and upper and lower crossbeams respectively, a pair of inner (22) and outer (23) facing panels overlying the frame (18) on each side thereof, and insulating means (24) intermediate the frame (18) and the pair of facing panels (22, 23). The wall panel of the invention further includes at least one plastic section, providing a lower rail (25) or an upper cap (26), respectively, said section being generally shaped as a right or inverted U or pseudo U, wherein the web (27) of the section is mounted on the lower (21) or upper (20) crossbeam respectively by means of attachment members (30), and the two inner (28) and outer (29) flanges of said section sandwich the inner (22) and outer (23) facing panels respectively. Said section is arranged to be placed intermediate the frame (18) and the facing panels (22, 23), on one side, and the foundations, substructure, support brickwork, or a floor, truss or ceiling on the other side.
L'invention concerne un panneau mur porteur sandwich destiné à la réalisation de construction du type comprenant: un couple de poteaux (2) de structure, parallèles entre eux et placés en regard l'un de l'autre et, fixé respectivement aux poteaux; un remplissage interne (9) comportant: un cadre (18) extérieur ayant deux couples de traverses respectivement latérales et hautes et basses, un couple de bardages (22, 23) respectivement intérieur (22) et extérieur (23) venant recouvrir le cadre (18), de part a d'autre, des moyens d'isolation (24) interposés entre le cadre (18) et le couple de bardages (22, 23). Selon l'invention, le panneau comprend, en outre, au moins un profilé en matière plastique, formant lisse basse (25) ou coiffe haute (26), respectivement ce profilé ayant une forme générale de U ou de pseudo U droit ou renversé respectivement, dont l'âme (27) est fixée sur la traverse basse (21) ou haute (20) respectivement par des moyens de fixation (30) et dont les deux ailes intérieure (28) et extérieure (29) viennent respectivement emprisonner les deux bardages intérieur (22) et extérieur (23), le profilé étant destiné à être interposé entre le cadre (18) et les bardages (22, 23) d'une part et les fondations ou le soubassement ou la maçonnerie support ou un plancher, ou une ferme ou un plafond d'autre part.
