An improved technique for uniformly distributing crisping or browning heat supplementation in disposable paper food carton or containers and the like used for microwave cooking, in which metallized susceptor film is employed mounted to butintermediately spaced from the adjacent inner wall of the container to define and seal an air pocket which, in heating, improves the uniformity of the browning result through conviction into air pocket and responsive flexing of the film.

Technique améliorée de distribution uniforme de chaleur conçue pour rendre croustillant et faire brunir le produit d'une boîte alimentaire jetable en papier ou d'un autre type de contenant utilisé pour la cuisine micro-ondes. Dans ce type de contenant, une pellicule de matériau interactif métallisé est montée sur la paroi interne adjacente du contenant tout en étant séparée de cette paroi par un élément intermédiaire de manière à délimiter en l'étanchéifiant une poche d'air qui, au cours du chauffage, donne plus d'uniformité au brunissement grâce à l'effet de convection obtenu dans la poche d'air et au gonflage de la pellicule qui en résulte.
