Un dispositif destiné à poser en ligne droite un mince, fil métallique (12) sur la surface de la pellicule thermoplastique (2) d'un vitrage en verre feuilleté comprend un support de fixation rotatif pour la bobine d'alimentation de fil (11), un galet de pression chauffé (8) pour presser le fil (12) dans la pellicule thermoplastique (2) et un dispositif de guidage (9, 10) pour le fil (12), entre la bobine d'alimentation (11) et le galet de pression (8). La bobine d'alimentation (11) est accouplée en rotation à un frein électromagnétique (28) à moment de freinage réglable et à domaine de régulation élevé du moment de freinage. Le frein électromagnétique (28) est de préférence un frein à poudre magnétique.
