A container constructed from a pouch having a front (2), rear (1)and bottom sheet (3), the bottom sheet (3) of the pouch being folded along a midline thereof with flaps extending downwards from the fold line and each of the two bottom edges (4) of the flaps being welded to or integral with one bottom edge of either the front (2) or the rear sheet (1), lateral edges (8) of the front (2) and rear sheet (1) being welded to one another with the two bottom portions of the welded edges sandwiching both lateral edges (8) of the bottom folded sheet (3); for construction of the container, a central portion of the bottom sheet (3) is unfolded such that the unfolded portion has an essentially rectangular shape thus forming said base, with central parts of the bottom edges (5) of the bottom sheet (3) forming the front and rear edges of the base and with peripheral portions of the bottom sheet (3) forming two overlapping triangular portions (19) with the bottom edges thereof defining the two side edges of the rectangular base, thereby forming the container's front and rear wall sections extending from said front and rear edges and side walls extending from said side edges with the welded edges of the two sheets (1, 2) being at about the midline of the side walls; the structure being fixed by welding the two overlapping triangular portions (19) to one another or by welding a peripheral triangular portion (19) of the two overlapping ones to a juxtaposed inner face of the side sheets.
La présente invention concerne un contenant construit à partir d'un sac caractérisé par des feuilles avant (2), arrière (1) et de fond (3). La feuille de fond (3) du sac est pliée sur sa ligne médiane et présente des pans tournés vers le bas à partir de la ligne de pliure, les deux bords de fond (4) des pans étant soudés à l'un des bords de fond de la feuille avant (2) ou arrière (1), ou faisant partie intégrante de ce dernier. Les bords latéraux (8) des feuilles avant (2) et arrière (1) sont soudés les uns aux autres de façon que les deux parties de fond des bords soudés prennent en sandwich les deux bords latéraux (81) de la feuille de fond pliée (3). Pour la construction du contenant, une partie centrale de la feuille de fond (3) est dépliée de façon que la partie dépliée soit de forme sensiblement rectangulaire, et forme ainsi ledit fond. Les parties centrales des bords du fond (5) de la feuille de fond (3) constituent alors les bords avant et arrière du fond, et les parties périphériques de la feuille de fond (3) forment deux triangles en chevauchement (19). En l'occurrence, les bords de fond de ces triangles définissent les deux bords latéraux du fond rectangulaire et constituent ainsi, les panneaux avant et arrière du contenant s'étendant depuis lesdits bords avant et arrière, et les panneaux latéraux du contenant s'étendant depuis lesdits bords latéraux. Selon cet agencement, les bords soudés des deux feuilles (1, 2) étant situés environ au niveau de la ligne médiane des panneaux latéraux. La structure est rigidifiée par la soudure des deux triangles (19) l'un à l'autre, ou par soudure d'une partie triangulaire périphérique (19) des deux triangles à la face interne juxtaposée des feuilles latérales.
