The device comprises a single laminar body constituted by a layer of spongy material covered on one of its faces by a sheet of semi-rigid synthetic material, constituting two successive curved areas separated from each other by a hinge fold and ending in individual flat flanges capable of coinciding when the device is folded, the latter having in one of its curved areas two transversely aligned indentations which start in the semi-rigid laminar covering element and which also affect the spongy layer, giving rise to individual smoothly convex areas intended to create two successive interruptions of the urinary duct.
Le dispositif comporte un corps laminé unique composé d'une couche de matière spongieuse, dont une des faces est recouverte par une feuille de matière synthétique semi-rigide, constituant deux parties courbées successives séparées l'une de l'autre par un pli articulé et se terminant par des pattes planes pouvant coïncider lorsque le dispositif est plié. Il comporte, dans une des parties courbées, deux renforcements alignés transversalement qui commencent dans le revêtement laminaire semi-rigide et affectent également la couche spongieuse, ce qui forme des régions convexes régulières conçues pour obstruer l'urètre en deux endroits successifs.
