When removing a moulded part (7), particularly from a injection mould, the part is removed to an intermediate position in a first partial movement (a) at low speed, then to a final position in a second partial movement (b) at higher speed. The first partial movement (a) can take place while the injection mould is opening and/or while a gripping tool (14) or handling device is being introduced. The injection mould used in the process has pressure operated stops (21) which act on the front face of an ejection plate (13) and hold it in the intermediate position or release it for the second partial movement (b) to take place.
Lors du démoulage d'une pièce moulée (7), notamment dans un moule par injection, la pièce moulée se déplace à une vitesse réduite pendant une première course partielle (a) jusqu'à une position intermédiaire, puis à une vitesse plus élevée pendant une deuxième course partielle (b), jusqu'à atteindre la position terminale. La première course partielle (a) peut déjà commencer pendant l'ouverture du moule par injection et/ou pendant l'approche d'un outil de préhension (14) ou d'un appareil de manutention. Le moule par injection utilisé pour mettre en oeuvre le procédé comprend des butées (21) à commande hydraulique qui agissent sur la face antérieure d'une contre-plaque d'éjection (13), maintenant celle-ci dans la position intermédiaire ou la relâchant au commencement de la deuxième course partielle (b).
