The cart comprises a rectangular frame including two substantially parallel to each other tubular elongated elements - uprights and rigidly engaged to the end portions thereof a pair of horizontal and also substantially parallel to each other upper and lower links, to each end portion of said links are pivotally and coaxially connected two symmetrical and opposite to each other L-like profiled flat elongated elements - brackets, mutually rotating in the flatness substantially perpendicular to said links longitudinal direction and having a narrow end part on the long side thereof bent to 90 degree and providing support for short sides of halves of decks extending aligned to each other in unfolded cart condition, remote from said links the end parts of brackets are pivoted through the bushing to the end portions of four another vertical elongated elements - uprights carrying at the bottom ends thereof castor wheels, as well as inside each frame forming upright there is another rod-like elongated element freely engaged by the stretched slot at the middle portion thereof to a small crossbar coming through said elongated element in substantially parallel to said frame forming links longitudinal direction, the upper portion of said elongated element is freely engaged to an upper end of the pressed expanding spring, as well as the lower end thereof also freely engaged to said crossbar, to the bottom part of said elongated elements is rigidly engaged in substantially perpendicular to thereof longitudinal direction a small stick-stopper coming out through the extended slot in the frame forming upright and slidably engaged at the end portion thereof to the bottom part of a radial edge of each pair of said brackets in a substantially perpendicular to its flatness direction.
