Installation (10) and process for continuous and intermittent production of laminates F, G by means of a composite band (162) obtained from strips of various componentes (80, 90, 120-127) of the laminate, in a multi-stage press (11) that presents a production cycle all stages of which, of equal duration, are distributed among the various stage 1-5, there being effected in each stage by means of movement, at the end of each phase, of the composite band (162) from one stage to the next, production time for each laminate F, G corresponding to the time taken by the production cycle divided by the number of stages 1-5.
L'invention concerne une installation (10) et un procédé de production intermittente et continue de stratifiés F, G au moyen d'une bande composite (162) obtenue à partir de bandes de divers composants (80, 90, 120-127) du stratifié. Cette production est effectuée dans une presse à plusieurs étages (11) qui présente un cycle de production dont tous les étages, de durée égale, sont répartis entre les divers étages 1 à 5. Dans chaque étage, une phase est effectuée ultérieurement à celle effectuée dans l'étage précédent par un mouvement de la bande composite (162), à la fin de chaque phase, d'un étage à l'autre, le temps de production pour chaque stratifié F, G correspondant au temps pris par le cycle de production divisé par le nombre d'étages 1-5.
