The present invention relates to an anti-inflammatory eye drop comprising a drug selectively inhibiting COX-2, selected from the group consisting of etodolac, N-(2-(cyclohexyloxy)-4-nitrophenyl) methane-- sulfonamide and meloxicam, which only slightly damages corneal epithelium and conjuctiva and which is excellent in the anti-inflammatory effect.
L'invention se rapporte à des gouttes oculaires anti-inflammatoires qui contiennent des agents chimiques susceptibles d'inhiber sélectivement COX-2. Lesdits agents sont sélectionnés dans le groupe constitué par étodolac, N-(2-(cyclohexyloxy)-4-nitrophényl)-méthanesulfonamide et méloxicam. Ces gouttes possèdent un excellent effet anti-inflammatoire et ne provoquent qu'une faible lésion épithéliale de la cornée ou une faible lésion de la conjonctive.
