A novel ligand having formula (1) structure has proved remarkably successful in the amination of butadiene monoepoxide, which is a potentially desirable substrate for an asymmetric synthesis providing access to each enantiomer of vinylglycinol. This and other ligands described are useful for chiral induction of bond forming reactions with an epoxide substrate.
Le nouveau ligand répondant à la formule développée (1) s'est avéré particulièrement utile pour la réaction d'amination du monoépoxyde du butadiène, lequel constitue un substrat de choix pour des synthèses asymétriques permettant de réaliser différents énantiomères du vinylglycinol. Ce ligand, ainsi que les autres ligands décrits, sont utiles pour l'induction chirale de réactions de formation de liaisons, avec un substrat du type époxyde.
