A brush (10) for a voice prosthesis (26) containing a reduced diameter hard cartridge (16) disposed in the distal section of a soft outer body (24). The brush includes a reduced diameter distal brush section (12) mounted in a rod (72) having a distal end face larger than the diameter of the cartridge such that the extension of the end of the brush into the opposed esophageal wall is prevented.

En son extrémité distale (12), la brosse dont le diamètre se réduit, se monte dans une tige dont la façade d'extrémité distale est supérieure au diamètre de la cartouche, ce qui interdit toute extension de la brosse la faisant pénétrer dans la paroi oesophagienne opposée.
