The invention relates to nanocapsules with a size ranging between 50 nm and 10 µm diameter whose envelope layer consists of at least two different, cross- linked polymers P1 and P2. Optionally, a lipid layer may be present underneath said envelope layer. The inventive nanocapsules are produced by covalently cross-linking at least two different water-soluble polymers P1 and P2 on the surface of liposomes. Optionally, said liposomes are dissolved once the polymers are cross-linked. The inventive nanocapsules can carry biologically active compounds.

L'invention concerne des nanocapsules d'un diamètre compris entre 50 nm et 10 µm, dont la couche enveloppe est constituée d'au moins deux polymères, P1 et P2, différents, réticulés ensemble, une couche lipidique se trouvant éventuellement sous cette couche enveloppe. Les nanocapsules selon l'invention sont produites par réticulation covalente d'au moins deux polymères, P1 et P2, différents, hydrosolubles, sur la surface de liposomes, les liposomes étant, après la réticulation, éventuellement dissous. Les nanocapsules selon l'invention peuvent porter des composés biologiquement actifs.
