A liquid medicine injection device is disclosed. A collapsable tube is expanded with liquid medicine and forcibly discharges the medicine without allowing the medicine to remain in the tube due to the pressure of the fully expanded tube, thus preventing waste of the expensive medicine. The device normally injects a primarily controlled amount of medicine into a patient at a steady rate and selectively and temporarily allows confluent medicine to join the primarily controlled amount of medicine in accordance with a patient's condition without giving additional syringe pain to the patient.
