The invention provides methods of diagnosing or detecting hereditary breast cancer versus non-hereditary breast cancer. In particular, the invention relates to methods of diagnosing or detecting breast cancer cells that have mutant BRCA1 or BRCA2 genes as compared to wild type BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes. The invention also provides methods of detecting cancer using 3D analysis and genetic analysis. In particular, characterizing the telomeric organization of a cell and genetically analyzing the cell for the presence of a translocation, deletion or amplification. In addition, the invention provides methods of simultaneously analyzing protein and nuclear structures of a cell using 3D analysis.
L'invention concerne des procédés de diagnostic ou de détection de cancer du sein héréditaire par rapport au cancer du sein non héréditaire et en particulier des procédés de diagnostic ou de détection de cellules de ce cancer comportant des gènes BRCA1 ou BRCA2 mutants par rapport au gènes BRCA1 et BRCA2 de type sauvage. L'invention concerne aussi des procédés de détection du cancer par analyse 3D et analyse génétique, et en particulier la caractérisation de l'organisation télomère d'une cellule et l'analyse génétique de la cellule en présence d'une translocation, d'une délétion ou d'une amplification. L'invention concerne enfin des procédés d'analyse simultanée de structures protéiques et nucléaires dans une cellule, par analyse 3D.
