A method and system for enabling users to request a service are disclosed, the system comprising a plurality of wireless transmitters, each of the plurality of wireless transmitters comprising a user interface for providing a request from a user from one of at least two services; a wireless transmitter identification providing unit; a wireless signal generating unit for receiving said request from said user and said wireless transmitter identification and generating a corresponding wireless signal; and a receiver in wireless communication with the plurality of wireless transmitters, the receiver comprising a wireless receiving unit for receiving incoming wireless signals from corresponding given wireless transmitters and for providing corresponding received requests and corresponding received wireless transmitter identifications; a display unit operatively connected to the wireless receiving unit, said display unit for displaying a given number of the corresponding received wireless transmitter identifications together with a visual indication of associated requests, said display unit further displaying an indication of an amount of undisplayed requests.
