The invention relates to a device for the production of multilayer tubes (A), particularly foam core tubes, comprising an extruder arrangement (1), wherein the extruder arrangement (1) is made of at least two extruders (2, 3) for the generation of a melt, further comprising at least one pipe head (4) for forming the melt and at least one calibration basket (5) for hardening the design, and comprising at least one removal device (6) for transporting the multilayer tube (A), the device being configured and refined such with respect to particularly cost-effective production that the calibration basket (5) is adjustable in the diameter thereof, so that the multilayer tubes can be varied in the dimensions thereof during ongoing operation.

Dispositif de tubes multicouche (A), en particulier de tubes à noyau en mousse, comprenant un système d'extrusion (1), ledit système d'extrusion (1) comprenant au moins deux extrudeuses (2, 3) pour la production d'une masse fondue, présentant au moins une tête de sortie de tube (4) pour le formage de la masse fondue et au moins un panier de calibrage (5) pour la consolidation du façonnage, ainsi qu'au moins une décharge (6) vers le transport du tube multicouche (A) produit.
