This invention relates to a method for the manufacture of Bite-dispersion tablets which disperse easily and quickly in the oral cavity, after a gentle bite, without the aid of water, and if necessary includes masking the bitter taste of medicaments. The process comprises preparing a dry granulation of one or more of medicaments blended with suitable excipients, flavors and a combination of a waxy material and phospholipid (BMI-60) or an intense sweetener derived from fruit flavonoids (Neohesperidine) for taste-masking and compressing into tablets which can be packaged in bottles or blisters using conventional equipment.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de comprimés qui se disperse facilement et rapidement dans la cavité buccale après légère morsure, sans eau, avec la possibilité, le cas échéant, d'occulter le goût amer des médicaments. Le procédé consiste à préparer une granulation par voie sèche d'un ou plusieurs médicaments mélangés avec des excipients appropriés, des flaveurs et une combinaison d'une matière cireuse et de phospholipides (BMI-60) ou d'un édulcorant intense dérivé de flavonoïdes de fruit (néohespéridine) pour l'occultation du goût et la compression du produit en comprimés pouvant être emballés dans des flacons ou des ampoules au moyen d'un équipement classique.
