The present invention aims to provide a matrix-type solid preparation that has high-level release controllability for suppressing drug release in the upper gastrointestinal tract and accelerating drug release in the lower gastrointestinal tract, and that solves of all the above drawbacks caused by combining a plasticizer. The present invention provides a matrix-type pharmaceutical solid preparation that contains: (a) a methacrylic acid-based enteric polymer; and (h) a sugar and/or a sugar alcohol, wherein 1 g of the sugar and/or the sugar alcohol can he dissolved in not more than 4 g of water at a water temperature of 20 to 25 °C.
L'invention concerne une préparation solide de type matrice dont le niveau de libération contrôlée est élevé et qui sert à supprimer la libération du médicament dans le tractus gastrointestinal supérieur et à l'accélérer dans le tractus gastrointestinal inférieur, de façon à pallier les inconvénients précités provoqués par la combinaison d'un plastifiant. La préparation solide de type matrice contient: (a) un polymère entérique à base d'acide méthacrylique et (b) un sucre et/ou un alcool de sucre, 1 g de ce sucre et/ou de cet alcool de sucre pouvant être dissous dans 4 g d'eau maximum à une température située entre 20 et 25°C.
