A coated aluminum foil may be cold-formed by mold and punch tools. The aluminum foil has a thickness in a range of 0.05 to 0.3 mm. Its coated surface at the side of the mold has coefficients of static and dynamic friction of a maximum of 0.35, but preferably of a maximum of 0.30 measured according to British Standard (BS) 2782, and/or the coated surface on the side of the punch or the aluminum foil have coefficients of static and dynamic friction of a maximum of 0.35 but preferably of a maximum of 0.40. Packages made of such coated aluminum foils are used in the pharmaceutical industry as blister packages, the empty packages containing more than 80% by weight of aluminum.
Une feuille d'aluminium revêtue peut être formée à froid au moyen d'outils à matrices et à poinçons. La feuille d'aluminium a une épaisseur comprise entre 0,05 et 0,3 mm. Sa surface revêtue du côté de la matrice présente des coefficients de friction statique et dynamique mesurés selon la norme britannique (BS) 2782 d'au maximum 0,35 mais de préférence d'au maximum 0,30, et/ou sa surface revêtue du côté du poinçon ou la feuille d'aluminium présentent des coefficients de friction statique et dynamique d'au maximum 0,45 mais de préférence d'au maximum 0,40. Les emballages constitués de ces feuilles d'aluminium revêtues sont utilisés en pharmacie comme emballages thermoformés, la teneur en aluminium de l'emballage vide s'élevant à plus de 80 % en poids.
