TITLE Low-Power, Photo-therapeutic Device with Photo-emitter having a polymodal wavelength output, and Related Method ABSTRACT A photo-therapeutic device is operable to topically deliver substantive, generally target-chromatophore-specific, peaks of visible and infra-red photon energies from an at least one light emitting source having a substantially polymodal energy distribution curve over its spectral output wavelength range, wherein at least one such peak lies in the visible wavelength range, and at least one other such peak lies in the infra-red wavelength range.
