A device is disclosed for storing one or more socket wrench elements. The socket wrench elements are of the sort having a generally cylindrical body, one end of which is shaped and dimensioned to engage a desirable element, and one end of which is shaped and dimensioned to receive a driving element. The device includes at least one storage element, each element including first means detachably engageable with the end of a socket wrench that is adapted to receive a driving element, and second means engageable with an elongate loop or length of resilient, deformable or flexible cord, cable or rod onto which a storage element may be strung. Means are provided to detachably close the ends of a loop or length of cord, cable, or rod to retain the storage elements thereon.
