In order to enable emergency calls to be initiated in an efficient and reliable manner in cordless telecommunication systems, a special emergency call transmission procedure is disclosed which takes into account the fact that the system comprises mobile parts with only one or no access authorization to base stations. When carried out, this procedure leads in all cases to an emergency call connection.

Afin de pouvoir lancer de façon efficace et sûre des appels d'urgence dans des systèmes de télécommunication sans cordon, il est prévu un processus spécial de transmission d'appels d'urgence tenant compte du fait qu'il existe, dans le système, des éléments mobiles présentant une ou aucune autorisation d'accès aux stations de base, et dont l'exécution conduit, dans chaque cas, à une liaison d'appels d'urgence.
