Rotationally symmetrical screen for fiber suspensions with an inlet side and an outlet side for the fiber suspension, with a series of profiled bars which extend transversely to the circumferential direction of the screen and form slot-shaped screen openings between them, the cross section of the profiled bars having an elongate shape with a first end region facing away from the screen outlet side and a second end region facing away from the screen inlet side, and with metallic supporting rings lying in planes extending perpendicularly to the screen axis and being arranged in spaced relation to one another, each of the supporting rings having a series of cutouts open at their edge towards the screen inlet side, the shape of the cutouts - viewed in the direction of the screen axis - corresponding to the configuration of the second cross-sectional end regions of the profiled bars lying in the cutouts, and forming at a radial spacing from the edge of the supporting ring facing the screen inlet side an undercut in which a projection of the profiled bar cross section engages so that the profiled bars are held positively in a radial direction in relation to the screen axis and in the circumferential direction of the screen with their second cross-sectional end regions in the supporting ring cutouts; for a simple and permanently precise fixing of the profiled bars in the supporting rings, the latter are provided on the side of the profiled bars facing the screen outlet side with regions which are deformed such that as a result of a displacement of supporting ring material in the direction towards the screen inlet side, the profiled bar projections are pressed in this direction against the undercuts of the supporting ring cutouts.
L'invention concerne un tamis à symétrie de rotation pour suspensions de fibres, comprenant un côté entrée (20) et un côté sortie (22), pour la suspension de fibres, et une série de barres profilées (16) qui s'étendent transversalement par rapport au sens périphérique du tamis et forment entre elles des ouvertures de tamis (80) en forme de fentes et dont la section présente une forme longitudinale avec une première zone d'extrémité opposée au côté sortie du tamis et une seconde zone d'extrémité opposée au côté entrée du tamis. Le tamis présente également des anneaux de support (10, 12, 14) métalliques qui sont situés dans des plans s'étendant perpendiculairement par rapport à l'axe de tamis (18) et disposés à une certaine distance les uns des autres, chacun de ces anneaux présentant une série d'encoches (34) ouvertes à partir du bord se trouvant du côté entrée du tamis, dont la forme, vu dans le sens de l'axe de tamis, correspond à la seconde zone d'extrémité de section (16B) des barres profilées se trouvant dans les encoches, et définit, à une certaine distance radiale du bord de l'anneau de support tourné vers le côté entrée du tamis, une contre-dépouille (34B) dans laquelle s'engage une saillie (16C) de la section des barres profilées, de sorte que les barres profilées sont maintenues dans les encoches (34) de l'anneau de support par liaison de forme avec leur seconde zone de section, dans le sens radial, par rapport à l'axe de tamis, et dans le sens périphérique du tamis. Pour que les barres profilées puissent être fixées de façon simple et avec une précision durable dans les anneaux de support, ces derniers sont pourvus, sur le côté des barres profilées tournées vers le côté sortie du tamis, de zones (70A, 70B; 72A, 72B) façonnées de façon telle que si le matériau constituant l'anneau de support subit un déplacement en direction du côté entrée du tamis, les saillies des barres profilées sont pressées, dans cette direction, contre les contre-dépouilles des encoches de l'anneau de support.
