The invention relates to a method for operating a parking brake module that is at least partially integrated into a compressed air generation system in the event of defects, having a control unit, solenoid valves, and a relay valve for aerating and deaerating at least one spring-loaded brake cylinder. According to the invention, a pressure in the parking brake module which is elevated compared to a normal pressure is determined, a constant compressed air delivery is stopped, a reduced switch-off pressure of the compressed air generation system is set, and the pressure level in the parking brake module is lowered to the reduced switch-off pressure through repeated activation of the relay valve. The invention further relates to a parking brake module.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour faire fonctionner un module de frein de stationnement (12) intégré au moins partiellement dans une installation de traitement d'air comprimé (10) en cas de défaillance, à l'aide d'un appareil de commande (14), d'électrovalves (16, 18, 20) et d'une valve relais (22) pour l'amenée et l'évacuation d'air dans au moins un cylindre de frein à ressort. Selon l'invention, une pression supérieure à la pression normale est constatée dans le module de frein de stationnement (12), une amenée d'air comprimé en cours est interrompue, une pression d'arrêt réduite de l'installation de traitement d'air comprimé (10) est fixée et le niveau de pression dans le module de frein de stationnement (12) est abaissé à la pression d'arrêt réduite par commande répétée de la valve relais (22). L'invention concerne également un module de frein de stationnement (12).
