A waste processing system is provided herein which entails the use of at least one fixed-position plasma arc generator (36) for primary processing and at least one moveable plasma arc generator (38) for secondary processing assistance and/or final condition of the slag prior to exit from the reactor vessel. This optimum processing environment is provided by control of reactor vessel configuration and real time control of processing characteristics to ensure maximum processing efficiency.
L'invention concerne un système de traitement de déchets dans lequel on utilise au moins un générateur d'arc à plasma fixe (36) pour le traitement primaire, et au moins un générateur d'arc à plasma mobile (38) pour le traitement secondaire d'assistance et/ou le conditionnement final des scories avant qu'elles sortent de la cuve du réacteur. Cet environnement de traitement optimal est créé par la modulation de la configuration de la cuve du réacteur et par la commande en temps réel des caractéristiques de traitement destinées à permettre une efficacité de traitement maximum.
