ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A modular element and groups of the same providing cages for fowl, rabbits, etc. The modular elements are arranged in rows on a supporting structure provided with accessories for feeding and providing the animals with water. Each module is a solid monolithic plastic member preferably injection molded and of prism like shape. The walls are grids except for one which is open, such open wall being placed adjacent a grid wall of an adjacent modular element thus providing separate side by side cages. The modular elements can be securely interconnected one to another and/or removably mounted on a support structure.
