ABSTRACT New derivatives of pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrido]2,3-d]pyrimidin- 9(4H)-one and salts thereof have the general formula Image wherein R1 is hydrogen, lower alkyl or -lower alkyl-NR4R5; R2, R3, R4 and R5 each is hydrogen or lower alkyl; and salts thereof. The compounds are useful as anti-inflammatory agents.
