A B S T R A C T A HEAT-INSULATED CONTAINER PROVIDED WITH A LOCATING AND/OR SUPPORTING DEVICE A heat-insulated container for liquefied gases, comprising a rigid outer shell (2) internally lined with a heat-insulating material (3) provided with a locating and/or supporting device (5) for pumps or other apparatus. The device (5) comprises a plate (16) made of a material having a low coefficient of thermal expansion, for example an iron-nickel alloy, and bonded directly or indirectly to the inner side (13) of the heat-insulating material (3) lining the rigid outer shell (2), said plate (16) being provided with means (19) for securing or locating a structure or apparatus (6) to, or relative to, the plate (16).
