ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A manifold for a central heating installation constructed in accordance with the present invention provides an elongated casing having two elongated chambers disposed therein and separated from one another by a partition which extends in a sinusoidal path over substantially the whole length of the casing. The casing has distributor pipe connectors arranged at spaced intervals along the length of the casing. The distributor pipe connectors extend transversely of the casing and open into one or other of the chambers in a spaced relationship with respect to the partition. The partition is so shaped and arranged that it curves sinusoidally around successive distributor pipe connectors separating the distributing pipe connectors from one another.
