ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention discloses a machine for injecting fluid into meat, fish or poultry comprising a frame supporting the food product and a plurality of needles movably mounted on the frame with means to cause said needles to penetrate the food products and then withdraw, and fluid means connected with the needles for injecting fluid into the cavities of the needles, and food control means for limiting the amount of fluid injected as defined by the portion of the needles that penetrate the food.
