ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Individual cables are provided with lateral ridges to be snapped behind noses of cutouts in rails by means of which the winding is assembled and retained. The rope-ladder-like assembly is installed by placing the cable portions, resembling the rungs, into grooves of the stator core, also having noses behind which the cable ridges are lodged.
