X-4383 Abstract Antibiotic compositions comprising certain novel combinations of macrolide and aminoglycoside antibiotics or their physiologically acceptable salts have been found particularly effective in the treatment of colibacillosis in pigs. They are also of value as growth promoters and in improving the feed utilization in pigs. They are also valuable in controlling the growth of mycoplasma in mammalian tissue cultures.
