ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A cured puncture sealant for a tire which comprises (1) either a copolymer of at least one acrylate selected from 2-ethylhexyl acrylate and n-butyl acrylate, and a glycidyl monomer, or a copolymer of at least one of the above acrylates, a glycidyl monomer, and at least one other acrylic monomer, and (2) a curing agent for epoxy resin. The sealant may optionally further include a polymer whose solubility parameter to the above copolymer is in the range of +0.5. The sealant is most effective as a puncture sealant for a tubeless tire.
