Ce procédé est caractérisé en ce qu'on met en place dans le moule, avant les agrégats et l'in- jection du liant, une ossature porteuse qui s'enrobe par l'injec- tion et l'expansion du liant pour former, après prise, un panneau monolithique porteur. Ce procédé permet d'obtenir des panneaux à haute résistance mécanique et de très faibles poids.
