TRAVELING BAND SHARPENER ABSTRACT A traveling band sharpener for knives, arrowheads, and the like, having an endless abrasive belt looped about a pair of pulleys one of which is power driven, and a detachable workholder for positioning the work in optimum position relative to the belt for sharpening on the belt and a hand manipulating sharpening device in optimum position relative to the work for subsequent finish sharpening of the work by hand after removal of the workholder and work from the machine.
